The Right Price, Always

I will personally set up an appointment to visit your property. Upon arrival, a thorough, fair and honest walkthrough will be performed. Following the walkthrough I will calculate an appraisal based upon the local market comparable's, possible liens, remaining equity and the amount of repairs necessary to bring your property to the current market value. The property will be purchased as-is, there is no need for costly repairs. We will agree on a price that's right for you.

The Home Run

Once we agree on a fair price-I will connect with one of my many buyers interested in your off-market home. You will receive the agreed upon amount at closing from my buyer, no realtor fees, extra attorney fees or repairs cost.
